Presenter Anirban Bhattacharya sings promo song for Manikbabur Megh
Superstar Anirban Bhattacharya is presenting the upcoming Bengali movie Manikbabur Megh which has legendary actor Chandan Roy in the titular Role. Anirban has also sang a promo song for the movie.

The promo song was revealed through Anirban’s live performance of the song followed by the screening of the song video. The event also saw the presence of the Cast and crew of the movie as well as other guests from the Bengali Film Industry.

Director Avinandan Banerjee
During the event Chandan Roy said, “I am grateful that director Abhinandan Banerjee and producers Bauddhayan Mukherji and Monalisa Mukherji has given me the chance to play such a character. I hope if people go and watch the movie, the producers and distributors will be encouraged to exhibit the movie for a little longer period.”

Monalisa Mukherji said, “This may be a small budget movie but this movie has been made with a huge heart. I am very thankful to Anirban for the lovely gesture. This movie is releasing in only a handful of theatre. But those who will watch it will have no regret on spending on the tickets.”
Bauddhayan Mukherji said, “Loneliness is a universal feeling. So when this movie was traveling the film estivals around the globe, audience, whether they are from Estonia or Brazil or different parts of India could relate to the movie in the same way. I am sure this movie will touch the Bengali audience in the same way.”
When Glamtrek asked the producers which actor they may act if the movie was remade in Hindi, Budhayan said, “If anyone buy the rights of this movie then only we will think of it."
Anirban Bhattacharya said, “I am very glad to be the presenter of the movie. I have loved the past works of Budhayan and the moment he offered me to be Manikbabur Megh’s presenter, I immediately said yes. Later when I watched the movie I felt happier and more proud about the association.”
When Glamtrek asked Anirban about his experience of contributing as singer, he said , “It was wonderful feelings to travel all the way to Mumbai to record a Bengali song. This feelings cannot be described in words. It felt really, really well.”

Rwitobrata Mukherjee who was present as a guest said, “Chandan Roy is my Guru in acting. I am eagerly waiting to watch him in this movie where he plays the protagonist. He will be a delight to watch.”
