Eco Smart city opens office in Kolkata with a Grand celebration
Eco Smart City, project developed by Maa Land Group and marketed by Novesta Group, recently got Launched in Kolkata as their new office commences functioning in Kolkata.
Maa Land Group which started its operations in 2012 has developed the project while Novesta Group is marketing iot is now offering 3 different types of projects in Eco Smart City. In Phase 1 there will be Bunglow Township, Phase 2 will offer High rise Tower and Phase 3 will be the development of Education Hub. Education Hub will consist of Pre-School to College.
Director Sourav Kulia said, “To make a township literally smart it needs many more amenities than only Gymnasium and swimming Pool. We have kept health and education top priorities for Eco Smart city. We are developing the 150 acres land which a large part ill be dedicated to Education Hub. As the education hub will have pre-school, nursery, high school and college, a child can complete his entire education in the township itself. This is going to be our USP.”
Managing Director Saroj Kumar Giri said, “The first phase of the project will be completed within 2024. Booking has started and today we are conduction a lottery for those who have booked flates. Prizes worth Rs 3.6 Cr will be distribute distributed among 36 winners.”
