Mon Baja re Song from Abar Bobaho Obhijaan launched with a Pool Party

Upcoming big budget Bengali movie Abar Bibaho Obhijaan is all set to release within few days. The Mon Baja Re song from the movie was recently released in a unique way. The cast and crew gathered at a five star property in New Town , Kolkata where the rooftop pool side was decorated in a way which gave the vibes of Thailand beaches, the backdrop of the movie. The cast who were present at the event included Anirban Bhattacharya, Sohini Sarkar, Priyanka Sarkar, Rudranil Ghosh, and Saurav Das. They dived into the infinity pool and had a gala time there as the Mon Bajare Song got launched. Though Ankush and music director Jeet Ganguly could not make it to the event due to other work commitments, they wished and convey their regards through video recordings.

During the event Priyanka Sarkar said, “I love swimming and it’s a part of my regular workout. So I am enjoying this kind of promotion very much. We know that those who were part of the song had a gala time while shooting for it in Thailand. Now the rest of us also tasted the fun of it.”

“My Character Malati was loved by all in Bibaho Obhijaan. Now in Abar Bibhaho Obhijaan she faces a huge challenge. The backdrop is now a foreign land and she needs to speak a foreign language now and adjust to the different culture. How she copes with the challenges will be revealed on 25th May when the movie releases.” Added Priyanka.
Anirban Bhattacharya was seen dancing both on screen and offscreen on that day. When asked that how he transformed into a dancing guy, the versatile actor said, “I always try not to stick to a static image. So I always try to change myself onscreen persona. I hope audience will like this new persona in this movie.”
Saurav Das said, “ My Character is Michael Briganza who is a Resident of Thailand. He is a weird Character and sports a weird look. I was not given any reference character and everything was improvised on floor. All my co-actors here are powerful actors. So the end outcome was always some notches above what was written or visualized.”
Rudranil Ghosh who is also the writer of the movie said, “Married Men always try to fool their wife and get out to have some fun. For this reason they make up too many stories. But our wives are also no less than Sherlock Holmes or Byomkesh. This is what the movie is all about. Most of the dialogues are inspired by real life married friends who goes through all this.”
