Independent Bengali movie Baki Ithihas premiered in Kolkata

New Bengali movie Baki Ithihas is making people talk around the city of Kolkata. The movie recently got premiered at a Kolkata multiplex with the presence of cast and crew.
The movie which is directed by Tushar Ballav stars Tanmoy Majumdar and Sangeeta Ballav in the lead.
Tanmoy Majumdar got his big break with this movie. The young actor said during premiere, “I am very excited to be playing the lead character of this movie. I could not eat and sleep properly during last three days. It is good to see that we finally can take this movie to the audience after a long delay due to covid.”

Sangeeta Ballav said during the premiere, “We are very happy that our wait has finally ended and we are finally being able to release Bakita Ithihas. We would like to tell the audience to come and watch this movie. They will surely love this movie.”

After the show was over the guests were heard talking about how aesthetically the rural backdrop was used by director Tushar Ballav and how the local dialects and customs were brought to perfection by the actors. Appreciation was also heard about how the script beautifully balanced political elements and the love story simultaneously. Many of the audience also heard predicting that the movie has enough potential to bag a few National Awards too.
